1. General Conditions

All services provided by Asia Travel Links are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify itineraries, change prices, or update these terms at any time to ensure service quality and operational requirements.

2. Booking Process

A booking is considered confirmed only after we have received a deposit or full payment as required. Once confirmed, you will receive a booking voucher or confirmation email with itinerary details, inclusions, and important travel notes.

3. Payment Policy

Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods. Full payment is required before the start of the tour unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any bank or transaction fees must be covered by the customer.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation fees apply depending on the time before the departure date:

• More than 30 days: Full refund minus administrative fees.
• 15–30 days: 50% refund of total tour cost.
• 7–14 days: 25% refund.
• Less than 7 days or no-show: No refund.

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days. Special services such as flight tickets or hotel bookings may follow different cancellation rules.

5. Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers must ensure their passport validity, visa requirements, health conditions, and compliance with local regulations. We are not responsible for denied entry, delays, or additional expenses caused by customer-related issues.

6. Changes by the Company

Asia Travel Links reserves the right to adjust itineraries due to weather, safety, supplier issues, or unexpected events. When a change is necessary, we will provide an equivalent or better alternative whenever possible.

7. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers. It is the customer’s responsibility to purchase coverage for medical emergencies, cancellations, baggage loss, or accidents.

8. Limitation of Liability

Asia Travel Links is not liable for delays, losses, accidents, or injuries beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, political unrest, airline issues, or force majeure events.

9. Complaints & Claims

Any complaint during the tour must be reported immediately to our support team so that corrective actions can be taken. Claims submitted after the tour must be sent in writing within **7 days** of tour completion.

10. Use of Website

All content on this website—including images, text, prices, and itineraries—is the property of Asia Travel Links and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without our written consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable laws of Vietnam. Any dispute arising from our services shall be resolved amicably or through competent authorities.
